Wellness Wednesday: Journaling Isn't Just for Mamas

Hey Reader,

I pray you are doing well!

I'm a huge advocate for journaling. When we think of journaling, we often think of women and girls. Yet, there is something beautiful about encouraging men to write their feelings, especially when they are young boys. There are numerous emotions wrapped up in those tiny, growing minds.

That is why I created "The Boy Journal," a unique writing experience for young boys ages 5-12

This journal encourages young boys to put pen to paper and unleash their creative potential. From drawing their dream inventions to crafting imaginative stories, the journal provides a safe space for them to express themselves and explore their limitless imagination. You can learn more about the journal HERE

Happy Writing, Reader!

This has been an incredible blessing, especially after years of waiting and praying. Although I'm overjoyed, there are bittersweet moments, too, as my new daughter resembles her angelic sister, Journey, whom we miss...

Hey Reader, I pray you are doing well. In April, we are checking in. April is all about checking in on the goals you set for 2024. Do you remember them? Do you have them written down somewhere, perhaps in a journal or sticky notes? (If you need a journal, check out our collection HERE) Anyhoo, How many times have we uttered the words, “Next year will be the year I…” only to find ourselves stuck in the same patterns of procrastination and unfulfilled dreams? I can relate all too well. But...

Hey Reader Its April! Can you believe it?! It seemed like the year was going slow, and then bam! Listen, we live in a society that often encourages us to wear masks—to present ourselves in ways that are acceptable to others, to hide our struggles and vulnerabilities, and to conform to societal norms.
