Wellness Wednesday: Journaling Isn't Just for Mamas

Published 2 months ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader,

I pray you are doing well!

I'm a huge advocate for journaling. When we think of journaling, we often think of women and girls. Yet, there is something beautiful about encouraging men to write their feelings, especially when they are young boys. There are numerous emotions wrapped up in those tiny, growing minds.

That is why I created "The Boy Journal," a unique writing experience for young boys ages 5-12

This journal encourages young boys to put pen to paper and unleash their creative potential. From drawing their dream inventions to crafting imaginative stories, the journal provides a safe space for them to express themselves and explore their limitless imagination. You can learn more about the journal HERE

Happy Writing, Reader!

Listen, we live in a society that often encourages us to wear masks—to present ourselves in ways that are acceptable to others, to hide our struggles and vulnerabilities, and to conform to societal norms. Easter is not merely a day on the calendar; it is a profound reminder of the hope, victory, and promise we have in Christ. In His resurrection, we find assurance...
